i. VILLCA DSP
Villca DSP is a suite of digital signal processing algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques to extract time and frequency domain features from time-series data. Our algorithms have been used extensively in the medical industry to analyze data coming from several sources including photoplethysmography (PPG), electrocardiography (ECG), electroencephalography (ECG), electromyogram (EMG) and In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) data. Our algorithms have also been used to analyze audio and visual data and have been deployed in speech recognition, NLP, audio coding and image processing solutions. These algorithms can be deployed in C, Python, Java and Matlab. It can also be optimized for implementation into SoC devices such as those manufactured by Nordic Semiconductor and Silicon Labs such as the NRF51/52 and BGM111/113 series.
ii. VIllca ML
Villca ML is a collection of supervised and non-supervised machine learning models which can be integrated into your workflow. This product is often used in conjunction with the feature extraction capabilities of the Villca DSP module when analyzing time-series data, images or video. Villca ML enables predictive analytics into your everyday routine to deliver more analytically driven results. We have developed a methodology to push models into production easily and leverage workflows in Spark, Python, C and Matlab.
III. Villca integration
Villca Integration is a suite of tools allowing the seamless integration of our modules into your infrastructure. These modules can be categorized as ETL, Communication and Big Data support. The ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) module is a collection of programs allowing the conversion of your data into a format suitable for our analysis modules and viceversa. The communication module is an API facilitating the communication between medical devices. This module also has a Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine module (Villca DICOM) containing our proprietary libraries implementing the DICOM standard. This standard specifies the way medical images and meta data like study or patient related data is stored and communicated over different digital medias. Finally, the Big Data module offers support to deploy our products in your big data platform. Villca Data Services is implemented in Java, .NET, Python, Spark and Matlab.
